Default Flapping Cubby 2017 f-type

Hello from Portland, Oregon!

I have just purchased a 2017 F-Type convertible. I love the car, but there is a rattle from the cubby area that is driving me nuts. Last night when I was on the highway, the cubby area started to lift off... on further review it looks like the bottom of the cubby area is popping off. Anyone have any experience with this?

Also.. the car did not come with a manual. I have noticed the cubby itself does not seem to open at all. There is no button to open it. Is that normal?
