Default Greetings

So I've been lurking about this forum for a few months now—not in a creepy, 'hey, come take a ride in my van' kind of way; you know, just so we're clear.

I finally signed up because I'm now ready to buy a Jag, which is something I've been wanting to do for some time. But I didn't sign up to say that, I did so honestly because I found you guys to be, by far, the most informative place on Jags online.

Honestly, I'm not saying this to attract more views to my thread or whatever, I truly mean it. Many of the issues that I know will affect the vintage of Jag I'm looking at I never would have known about, but for you guys.

So just know that in addition to appreciating whatever advice you can give to help me make the right call on the purchase, you guys have already taught me a great deal and for that I'm already thankful.

Welcome to the forum Joe,

Although you don't mention it here, your question on X308 section tells me it's a 1997-2003 XJ8 or possibly XJR that interests you. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

You may also like to visit the US western Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/western-us-ak-ca-nv-ut-hi-wa-id-38/ to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the search and the forum.
