Thumbs up Greetings...

from sunny Johannesburg. Been the proud owner of a 2005 2.0 manual x-type for a few years. I have very little mechanical skill, but have a two-stroke offroad bike that I service myself. I am thinking of doing a basic service on the car myself but will read up on that in the forums .... look forward to chatting. Later, Will

Welcome to the forum Will,

If you can service the bike, you can service the X-Type.

Follow this link X-Type - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X-Type section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the 'Other Areas' Region section by following this link Other Areas - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your part of the World.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Will,

Yes - Signature is there. It's a big help to everyone when replying to posts to be able to see the Model and Year.
