Greetings from Brooklyn
I've mixed feelings about joining this forum. It seems to be a great community and resource for information on a great marque. Unfortunately, I've lost touch with this community over time and am drawn back by a major problem. So here I am again, probably to stay.
I live in a very tony section of downtown Brooklyn, where the Jag gets plenty of admiring looks. Good for my ego, especially compliments from attractive young women! Though my wife can take it or leave it. Go figure! And believe it or not, I regularly see a Murcielago, GTR, Panamera S, various AMG Mercs and an Aston DB9 on the streets. They all live nearby. (I'm jealous!)
I have:
black 1998 XJR (in the same color scheme as the XJR100.) About 83K miles with BFG g-force T/A KDW2's. Otherwise stock.
I also have:
2000 Range Rover 4.0 SE (What's with these English cars?!!)
1985 Ford 1/2 Mustang SVO awaiting restoration (money!)
1989 Toyota Celica AllTrac (slightly modded, more to come)
I expect this to be a good time. Thanks!

Where do you park?
NYSteelhorse, Forgive my ignorance, but where do you park? Everything I've heard about NY would indicate parking is at a premium. At least your Wife can take it or leave it, mine would have me selling/giving away the Jag. Aside from that. Welcome to the forum! There is a wealth of information on this site. My Kid would kill to see the cars you've mentioned. In my opinion, the Jag is the best bang for the buck over those other exotics, at least you can afford the insurance and hopefully the maintenance.
Enjoy!
Ralph
Enjoy!
