Greetings to all.
A short intro. Firstly I don't own a Jag, rather an A6 and Volvo Bertone.
I am an automotive technician, technical instructor and general automotive hacker by choice.
Most of my experience is solving the "hard and mysterious" issues that somehow end up on my plate.
Jag tools that I use are the JLR SDD (current version) with Pass-Thru, Launch, VCDS, Forscan with many OBDII versions either wired or non wired.
Headaches are also looked at with an oscilloscope.
This may be an interesting place to learn about Jag models that are not experienced as of yet, North American or European.
Regards

Welcome ecmbuster ... and greetings from fellow enthusiasts in Australia.
I also encourage you to jump around the model specific sections where there is plenty to read and absorb ... also, as per Rob's posted links, to visit the regional section shared by other members in your area ... and finally, you may want to add details to your avatar or signature as a permanent flag for other members whenever you post ... from Main Menu, click <User CP> then either <Edit Avatar> or <Edit Signature>.
Your talents and experience will be valued, and in return, you will gain knowledge about the general electronics and multi-protocol networks inherent in modern Jaguars. At final count in my car ... 17 different control modules spread across 3 different (but handshaking) networks ... and I know of 2 that were available options, but not fitted.
All that remains is to dive into the forum ... and enjoy!
Best wishes,![Icon Toast](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_toast.gif)
