Default Greetings to the forum

Hello all, I have purchased a 2002 Jaguar XJR and this is my first Jaguar. The learning curve is rather steep but I have been peeking around and am astounded at the amount of information and spirit of sharing in this family. Greetings to all and I hope I don’t break the site by mistake. :-) -Cheers.

Hello,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar!
That learning curve you mention is how these cars choose worthy owners.
This site is only here to help the cars in that endeavor.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome and well wishes. I love my new Jaguar family here and feel quite at home. Still continuing to lurk-N-learn but I hope that I can began contributing soon. The Jaguar honeymoon is still in full bloom and I anticipate a long and happy relationship.

Welcome aboard. Being in Dallas you might want to check out the local club. I'm not a member, but I know a few of them mainly because some of my Corvette friends own Jaguars too. Nice bunch of folks.

Be sure to reserve the date June 5th for the Concours De'Elegance but don't let that term intimidate you. There will be a few "antique" Jaguars there, but its really just a parking lot car show, just with Jaguars instead of domestic muscle cars.
