Greetings from Galveston, TX
Hello. I have a 2000 XK8 convertible that I purchased in December, 2010.
I've really only lusted after two cars in my life - a mid '60's XKE and the XK8. I was a teenager during the '60, so the E type was out of the question but I couldn't walk away from the XK8. I love the car but it's a literal pain in the pocketbook to keep running. I've had to replace the ABS computer and another, less expensive compute and then, last December, I had to replace the engine. Just can't make myself sell it, though.
