Default Greetings from Sweden

Hello i have been hanging around on this forum for a long time. And i think it is high time i actually join.
I'm from Jämtland in the north of Sweden and i have taken it upon my self to shelter mistreated cats. I currently house 3 Manual transmission XJR6es.
Two of which have been wounded and i am trying too nurse them back too health. My long term plan is to release at least one of them back into the wild.
For me it is a real joy too see these wild sleek jungle cats lurk in the shadows, waiting too attack unsuspecting turbo-antelope or v8-buffalo.
And its a shame to see the sitting idle on my front lawn.
All joking aside, I bought two of them only too save them from certain death as their owners were talking of parting them out.

Here is a pic of my firs to jags (sorry about size)

Welcome to the forum Pee,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Parting out! They look far too good and manuals are far too rare for that.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the X300 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the Europe Region forum by following this link Europe - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

What a Worthy pastime; rescuing mistreated cats!
I *Love* your humor! Well written!

Many of us share your sentiments, we merely aren't able to store more than the cat we drive.

Hi Pee

I was just in Sweden in December really cold

I have a 2000 Jaguar XJ8 today the car started fine and drove fine I came home for a few minutes and forgot I needed to go to the post office so when I jumped back in the car it was completely dead I could not even open the trunk with the key to look at the battery . Once I did get it going after figuring out how to jump it from the engine compartment the car drove really strange shifting funny and still pulling after I took my foot off the peddle does anyone have any clues what this could be.
