Default Greetings from Winnipeg, Canada

Hi there, on Dec 31 I Took delivery of my first Jag, 2011 XKR, botanical green over black leather.

...which I've wanted for about 55 years. I was born about 100 miles from the old Coventry factory.

Now is a rather excruciating time, as it's -30 here in Winnipeg and this is quite possibly the WORST winter car I've ever owned, except, possibly, for a certain 1971 Triumph Spitfire. (Doesn't bother me really, I kind of knew that wasn't going to be one of its strengths.) Would DEARLY LOVE to see a dry road right now, though.

Why on earth haven't they moved to hard disk sat nav? Here in the dead centre of the bald prairie, I have to switch DVDs depending on which direction my road trip takes me. Quaint, but I bet it will loose that appeal promptly.

Otherwise, I'm pretty much in love...

Welcome, Chris. It's been a couple days now since you got your Cat. How many hours have you spent inside the car compared to the house?
