Default Hello; just signed up.

Hello to all. I just bought a very low mileage 2003 XK8 last week. It's a beauty. Had an XK140 in the early '70s and have wanted another Jag ever since, so I took the plunge when I found this one. I hope to share resources and make new enthusiast friends through this forum.

Welcome, Congratulations on the new Jag. The biggest difference working on the Jaguars then and now is you won't need to spend time in the library searching the stacks for a repair manual.

Thank you all for the warm welcome.

The XK8 is quite a change from the XK140. It has side windows, outside door handles, and actually starts when the temp falls below 4 degrees C without having to choke the SU's with my hands!
