Hello
Took me a minute to figure out jagforum and jagforumS mainly serve different locales...oy.
Just drove home a 2016 Jaguar F-Type R convertible. Gotta be honest, I wasn't actually looking for it specifically. In fact, I was looking for a BMW M6 coupe, but came across it after the M6 was snatched from me a day before I could go pick it up. It was also coincidentally a deal too good to pass up.
I always said I wanted a two seater, but I was picturing a...Miata or a 124. Kind of stepped up from there a few notches...whoops
The F-Type was always a sexy looking thing ever since I saw it in Top Gear, yet Jag's spotty reliability has always stopped me dead in my tracks. After reading *many* long term reviews of the F-Type and see that its reliability is...shall we say, acceptable...I decided to take the plunge into the rabbit hole. Here's to hoping my research didn't do me wrong.
My neighbors are going to hate me...I live in a decent apartment complex, but the car starting up cold can wake the dead, never mind sleeping neighbors. Good thing I got a beater parked on the street.
