Welcome!
Welcome to the forums Roland!
My name is Bob and I'm a fairly new member myself. I have yet to take pics of my '97 x300 purchased earlier this year, but will eventually and post them as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving my Jaguar and hope you get the one that's right for you.
Take care and enjoy your visits here...!

hi Mohrd, I'm in Calgary. I'll post some pics as soon as I surpass the newbie requirements.. I currently have 2 MGs that I am considering trading off for a Jag and a boat. Both parties are keenly interested in the cars, as I am in the Jag and boat.

Thanks for the encouraging words Jim. This offer looks like the easiest way I can acquire a jag. (I'd love an XKE - but too pricey for my budget. ... pics will have to do)

Thanks Richard.. If it does, I'll be visiting the forum for quite a while. Nice site. I have been an active member on the MG Experience for a few years now and have enjoyed the camaraderie that the hobby brings.

I was in need of a replacement vehicle and started an online search to see what I could get in my price range that would be something that would last. I found my 1997 x300 on e-bay, got the Car Fax and it went from there.
I've been driving it since the end of April and loving it. I've had to do some minor work...new plugs & filters, clean the throttle body & mass air flow sensor, etc.; nothing major although I am getting ready to replace the rear shock bushings which will take several hours from what I've seen. Not looking forward to crawling around under a car, but I'm definitely looking forward to the smoother, quieter ride!
