Hello from Denver
Hi All - I've been on browsing these forums for awhile but finally decided to create an account.
I'm a huge fan of classic and unique cars. Growing up, my dad owned a 1979 XJ12L (a great car, but an electrical nightmare). When I had my first child a couple years ago, I decided I needed something safe and modern. So I sold my 1969 Triumph GT6 and decided a 1999 Jaguar XJR was the perfect mix of family friendly and unique.
The 1999 XJR bit the dust a year ago (dropped a cylinder after overheating). But I love the car so much, I bought another one - a 2003 XJR with the R1 package.

Welcome to the forum cvp145,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum with the emissions issue so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the US Central Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-central-36/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
