Hello Fellas!
I'm a speech therapist hear in Kentucky at Morehead, an hour east of Lexington (UK Wildcats!) I have a 2003 xk8 convertible! 48k miles!Black on tan, Just changed trans fluid and filter, fixed relays to power top, fixed powe trunk button, LH door window (kept falling!) and switch, and reset the window travel, much to everyone's help! THANKS! Now on the radio, (already posted in thread) and I have a coolant leak near the front of the bulkhead in the right side, draining down from the exhaust

Prioritise fixing the coolant leak before the radio - these models are very sensitive to overheating.
I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
