Default Hello from Glasgow, Scotland

For my sins I'm the owner of four Jags, an Xtype 2.5 awd, Jaguar X300 XJ6 3.2 manual, those two run! Jaguar X300 XJ12 ecm problems no crank and last but not least a Jaguar X300 XJR auto, whose engine I hope to transplant in the 3.2, the bodyshell is too far gone to repair.

Welcome.

Nice litter there.

The V12 would be my pick, rare as they come, especially down here.

Welcome to the forum 4Breakaleg,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow this link
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-x400-14/ to the X-Type forum and this one https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xj-xj6-xjr6-x300-26/ to the X300 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top of each is a good place to start for information on regular issues. The XJS forum is the best place for advice on V12 engine problems.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Welcome aboard, 4Break. With all those X300 versions you should be able to put one great runner together! Although there are major compatability issues with the different engines. I don't think the manual XJ6 transmission would work too well with the V12 engine! Always glad to see members coming on board to save their X300s, or at least one of them. Especially the V12s.
