Default Hello from new 'soon to be' Jaguar owner

Hi, as the title states, I am going to own my first Jaguar in around a week or so.

The car I'm taking ownership of is a green 1998 XJ8 Sport.

This is a momentous occasion for me as it has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a car from this marque. I am very, very excited.

Welcome to the forum mrzee,

Congratulations on the (forthcoming) XJ8,

Follow this link XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X308 section for help, advice and information. If you're new to Jaguar, the 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the UK Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/ to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the XJ8 and the forum.

Graham

thank you for the welcome guys...I will post pics as soon as I have them.

I'm pretty sure that I will be asking plenty of questions in due course as I already know the car has some niggles that will need looking at.

To be honest, I just want to get behind the bloomin wheel now!!!

Congratulations on the XJ8. Well worth the wait - looks superb.

The XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum X308 section is the place to post your questions.
