hello from New Zealand
Hi, I'm new to the forum and have been very impressed with the breadth of knowledge available. I've just bought an F-Type awdR in Italian Racing Red. What a beautiful beast, but I fear its going to spend a lot of time sitting in the garage as finding suitable cop-free roads around here is difficult. The forum has already given me some ideas about mounting a radar detector (which are legal in NZ) behind the mirror as I was very reluctant to start pulling apart the A frame trim.
I've done just 500km or so and the car's been flawless. It's so easy to drive at ordinary speeds and in traffic, and brilliantly manic when you floor it.
Looking forward to participating when I can.

Welcome to forum trainfan, nice car. I'm an ex Tauranga boy myself and spent many nights at the Te Puna Tavern. Rented a farmhouse there for 3 years about 300 meters from the tavern down the bottom of the hill on the left tucked away in the bush towards town.
I'd almost put money on it you live up near Minden Lookout with a great view of Matakana Is.
I will add you to the NZ Roll Call Thread.

It looks like you've already found your way to the F-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
