Welcome to the forum audibabba,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

From the 'Bringatrailer', I was expecting something needing a lot of work but it looks good.

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the USA Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-lower-atlantic-nc-sc-fl-ga-66/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Thank you for the information. I thought the same about bringatrailer until I went on the website. I have purchased two cars from their auctions in the last two months. I am now banned from the site by my wife.

What is the proper decorum regarding signatures? Would it be in bad taste to list your current cars other than Jaguar?

Absolutely not bad taste!
Almost all Jaguar owners/drivers own/drive more than one car. It's the nature of cats. We understand members like to list their stable inhabitants as, among other things, assurance they won't be marooned if their cat rebels.

Congratulations on your auction win, and Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
