Hello people
New to this board, but have had my car around a year now. I really love the car, but it is slow. Past ride was a 97 pontiac formula vert which was alright fast. Bought my X type when i was 18 and now im 19, bought used. No real problems, but looking to make it have a better appearance. Dont know if anyone else is from st. louis, but i am from right around there.

RE: Hello people
Thanks for the welcome people!
Cadillac, not looking to spend much at all, just stuff like HID's, exhaust tips (to better fill the valance), and maybe a trunk lip. Nothing big, i will most likely be going the way of a corvette or maybe a diff jaguar soon (after i grad college). But thanks a lot, i have thought about it before!!

RE: Hello people
Hi Y'all... I've had my 2003 2.5L X-Type for 26 months and it's the first car I've ever had that I wasn't ready to trade in after about 18 months. I've always wanted a Jaguar. First model car I ever put together when I was a little girl was an XKE. (Yes,"only child" and had to learn to do the "boy stuff" even though I was a girly-girl) I was hooked!
I've been online and doing some searching for Jaguar parts because I took mine in due to a strong "wobble" which my shop says was caused by damage to my passenger side front wheel. I've been searching for a wheel for a couple of weeks (while my Baby sits and waits) and finally located one after going round and round with a couple of websites who pretended to have a wheel and after I ordered, said they were "locating" one. Well, I found one for real today and it's on its way! I can't wait to get her to the shop for the new wheel to be mounted and to get 4 new tires on her - have some Michelins ordered.
Well, that's the short version of how I found this place. Being female, I hope some of you guys can help me from time to time with what may seem to you to be dumb questions... but when I don't know, I do ask, so please have patience with me. LOL

RE: Hello people
Here are some pics of my Jag. As you can see it is in perfect condition and stays that way despite me daily driving it. I keep my stuff clean if you can't tellThought i would be friendly and code them as thumbnails since there are a lot of them, but it seems there is no web coding here. Sorry 56k Guys.
