Just acquired my first Jag - a 2005 XJ8 LWB complete with the dreaded air suspension! After reading some threads on here from some VERY knowledgeable members my apprehension has subsided considerably.... I have found a brilliant Jaguar specialist in the Midlands - Farriers Garage in Leicester run by Jem Lloyd and his mother, Dorothy. What Jem doesn`t know about XJ`s isn't worth knowing.
I can see you've already found your way to the X350 forum with the suspension issue so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Thanks Graham,
I have updated my signature as you suggested. I will post a photo of my Jag soon. It is currently in the paint shop having some attention to rectify the peeling lacquer issues.
Next stop a replacement headlinig.
I would advise removing the eMail address from your forum Signature. It is not necessary for forum communications as we can all send a PM (Private Message) or eMail to another member just by clicking on their user name in any post to open the dialogue box:
Web crawlers soon pick up on eMail addresses visible in in public forums - no need to give the spammers any help!
Thanks ElinorB. I am enjoying the Forum.
My XJ8 is in the bodyshop having the usual lacquer peeling issue on the bonnet (hood?) and roof attended to. Looking forward to using it on the road. It drives beautifully for a 100k miler.
Took a LOT of persuading but finally managed to get the idea past my `significant other` who has just gone `quiet` over it. No doubt waiting for the first issue to surface before she can smugly say `I told you.......` Even after 43 years she still can`t get her head round why guys actually enjoy the challenge of overcoming the next problem!
She drives a `17 Volvo V40 T2 - pure mediocrity.
