Howzit guys and girls
So yes. After many many years of pondering, I finally bought the most attractive car ever built - my very own 2007 Jaguar XKR in Liquid Silver!!
Completely over the moon!
This is my first Jag, and also the only Jag ever in the family!
I took a while looking for the perfect example, test drove many an XKR, finally this one appeared and everything made sense.
She is a low mileage example - only 33,000 km (20,600 miles) in 11 years, including a FSH from Jaguar.
Every service was carried out at the dealership, on time, every year.
I own and have owned many fast cars, including some very hot Opels, and this purchase complements my garage full of hot hatches nicely.
I hope to make a few new Jaguar friends and looking forward to some tips and obviously, a lot of knowledge!!

My last XK was a 2007. In the four years I ran the car, it was the most troublefree Jaguar I've had in more than forty five years. This isn't unusual as the 4.2 version has a good reputation and yours certainly has excellent provenance with a full dealer history.
Thanks Graham. You always hear horror stories about Jaguar's, but I couldn't really find a reason not to buy this. I know that there are plenty of tips on this forum, so hopefully this will be my first, but not only, Jaguar from here on. Thank you for the nice welcome.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
