Hello from South Africa
Hi all - recently owner of a 2006 XK silver convertible - 4.2L not supercharged a whole lot of fun and a great mid life crisis car 
Im looking for the part number for the thermostat housing unit as mine has recently gone south......., will also post on the other threads, think i will hand over to the mechanic to fix but lets see
