Hello from Tennessee
Greetings,
Just wanted to write and say hello, currently looking for a 2003 and up S-type or X-type. Current daily driver is a 2008 Vette and as you can imagine, not going to do so well around this time of year. That said, I've seen that the S types are RWD as well but with proper tires should be manageable in inclement weather. Currently I have spotted a 2004 X type with 196k miles(high but the car is immaculate) and a 2004 S type with 125k miles(clean but some scratches here an there. Is there a member on the forum that can run vin numbers for service history? Any help is greatly appreciated, look forward to owning one of the gorgeous cars soon.

Welcome.
I hear that the 3ltr X Type with its AWD is sweet in lousy road conditions.
I have no issues with either of our S Types, or any other Jag over the years, but our lousy weather roads are probably waaaay different to yours.
Check out the X Type section for their take on your requirements.

Welcome to the forum MRJLR,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I always go for condition and full history with a used Jaguar. Never too concerned with high miles if it's been properly maintained.
Follow Norri's link in post #2 to the S-Type and X-Type forums for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top of each is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Enjoy the forums.
