I've only just seen and rescued your post from the end of ozbie's 2019 Intro thread and moved it to a new one of your own.
I can see you've already found your way to the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Good for you....lot of car for the $ and a Cal car to boot. You'll love very minute in it. One of the great bargains off all time. Make note that if you'd like to enjoy a weekend with your Jag in KC, please put the Heart of America Jaguar club concours/show on your calendar....June 12 at Crown Center with covid-conscious outdoor party the night before. Just give it a nice bath and put it in the display class if you're adverse to entering in street driven or concours classes. We always love to have late model cats on display.
