HELP 2012 XF Portfolio 5.0 Headlight and Windscreen wiper issues
Hello I am new to the forum, I am from Iowa. USA.. I am having issues with my headlights. Only the daytime running lights come on and they stay on, I am unable to control them with my switch, the switch has been tested and it is good. My windscreen wipers are also giving me problems! They run nonstop even with out the car being on! We pulled the fuse to shut them off. The fuse, the relay and the switch have all been tested and they are all good! Anyone have any suggestions? And my alarm won’t set with my key fob, it locks the doors and my headlights flash in a sequence numerous times instead of alarming the car..

We try to avoid technical discussions in the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum because it doesn't get the best advice. I recommend a re-post in X250 forum and adding some further detail.
1. new issues or been like that since you purchased the vehicle? If you're picking up issues a PO couldn't fix, it could be a lot harder.
2. DRL's come on and stay on. Do you mean ONLY the DRL's operate. Dip and full beam are unavailable?
3. Alarm - any warning messages indicating a door etc not properly closed?
