Default Hey Guys, New member here

Hey,
Just bought an old 2000 Jaguar XK8 Convertible. Thanks to this forum I knew about the plastic idlers, guides and water pump parts prior to buying and used them for negotiating.
I have replaced timing chains and idlers on other vehicles and plan on doing on the Jaguar also. Has anyone done it themselves? If you could point me to a good tutorial on it or give me some advise I would appreciate it.

Thanks

It's always good to have some leverage when buying anything, but especially an 18 year old Jaguar; or any other 18 year old car for that matter. Congratulations on your successful deal.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Enjoy the Jag and these playpens, lots of fun to be had.
