Default Hi 2 all

Hello Everybody,
i am a new proud owner of a 2007 S type 3.0. there was a certain amount of friction in the family for me buying a Jaguar, something about my great-grandfather being asked to leave Ireland.
i have been in german cars for so long, and was reluctant to throw down on the big cat, but when they wouldn't budge on the price of an A4, i decided i didn't love the car that much, and the salesman showed me a used S type. i coughed up the Caddy (sorry Mom) with the northstar and Bose. i miss the V-8, but it was coupled to a weak tranny, and FWD. i do not miss the oil burning through the AC.
look for me on the southern california autobahns
cheers,
John

Welcome to the forum John,

I think you made a good decision, enjoy the Jag.

I think we would all like to hear a little more about your Great Grandfather.
