I've been looking thru this forum for some time - and have to admit - it's so far the BEST Jag forum I was able to find.... So naturally next step was to register.. I hope to learn a lot from this great place, and eventually be of help to other people..but enough of *** kissing...
Little about me- In '07 I became proud owner of 04 S-Type "Select Edition" with approx 21K on it...I love driving the car... and probably as most owners had some litlle issues - nothing dealer could'n handle so far.. At the end I'm really hapy with my Cat.. I'm relly looking forward to this experience.

 

Recently joined this forum myself and I would agree -- hope to be an XF owner if all goes to plan. As I'm also from Chicago area (specifically NW 'burbs), care to share your dealer experiences? During my research phase, I would really like to have some confidence in the whole service experience while the car is under warranty; post warranty I've got a specific shop that handles european makes already highly recommended.

Thanks for reply - I got mine form Imperial Motors in Lake Bluff.. The buying experience was excellent, not so much with service... although I can't say it's bad.. I guess I expected more...Good luck with your purchase..personally I will not go for XF.. but just me...
