I suspect you know exactly what mcfc stands for !!!
years ago I had to select a user name for ebay and it suggested a combination of my name and the hobbies I had (m is my middle initial- Mark).
Since then I've used it on several forums for ease!
incidentally, for those who don't know, MCFC are the initials of a football team who (for this week at least!) are right at the top of the English Premiership and also why I chose a car which was blue(ish) rather than red!
I've been lucky enough too have had several interesting cars. To fund this purchase I sold my Audi ur-quattro and a Lancia Integrale Evo 2 and although they were exciting cars to drive, I feel right at home with the style and power of the xkr :-)
At the moment the only "mod" I'm looking at is to connect my ipod to my standard radio set up. loads of info on here to help I see!

Welcome Stuart!
Lovely colour that blue, cracking wheels too, watch out when you parallel park though. I am from Fairford Glos originally but have lived in the USA for nearly 25 years. I live in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I also just (last friday) got my XKR, 2006 Ebony on Charcoal with 20 inch Sepangs, its a conv. This is a really great site, tons of really good info and helpful enthusiasts. Congrats on your purchase!

Thanks Jim,
There is 1 question,, and it genuinely occurred to me the other day when I was reading one of your posts.I thought of asking my Wife-but quickly thought better of it!
Seriously, in the 4th picture at the top of your posts, what does the last word on the T-shirt, the young lady is wearing, say???!!!!!

Yesterday a parcel arrived- it was a r/c xkr I'd bought of ebay.
I gave it to the Wife and told her that when she could drive that with out damaging it then she could have a go with the real thing.
She really didn't see the joke
