Hi fromFL
Hi- I am trying to become a member of the Jaguar community. I have owned German cars for the most part, but recently an XJ6 caught my eye, as my wife liked the looks of it and it had extremely low miles.
One of the forum members provided me with some good perspective, which was very helpful in my deciding not to purchase that car.
Now, I have found a 97 with about 67,000 miles that we will be looking at.
Any input on this car and what would be a good price would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum 462 HO,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the X300 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
The 1995-97 XJ6 has a reputation for reliability and, depending on condition and history, is a good model choice. I put 120k trouble free miles on mine and only sold it to get something different - an XJ8.
You can also visit the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...r-atlantic-66/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
