hi guys i have a 03 jaguar xtype

hi guys i have a 03 jaguar xtype
when i went to take the intake manifold out one of the hange bolts just kept on turning and it wont come out i know that those bolts have a copper lock on the bottom just wondering if i can juat pull it out with some plier or will it damage the bottom intake cuz is plastic need help
