Hi I'm Teresa, a newbie
Newbie here. Just got a 2003 Jaguar Xtype 2.5L sedan because my funds are limited and it was cheap. Apparently not cheap enough. Will be posting a help thread next. Wiring(?) Problem.l involving headlights blinkers and hazard lights. I must say I l9ve the way it handles and rides.

Welcome to the forums TeresaC72,
I've moved your other Intro thread with the electrical question to X-Type forum for advice from members with the same model. Here's the direct link to it:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...roblem-278139/
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-x400-14/ to the main X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham

Hello, Teresa,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar X-type!
In spite of all its problems, not unexpected for any 20 year old car, as you're already loving how it handles, you'll Really love it when members of our X-type section have helped you sort out all those Deferred Maintenance issues.
Then it will Puuurrrr for you and you'll give it a name.
