Welcome to the forum PIG1,

You've come to the right place.

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

If you haven't already done so, remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the 'Other Areas' Region section by following this link Other Areas - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your part of the World.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Ok. I'm still learning about what RS means as far as my car is concerned. RS (found out from the internet) is the Rocketsposrts Racing team in Lansing, Michigan, who works the XKR's to upgrade them. All i know now is that my XKR has an additional 40 HP over the regular XKR. I'm still fishing for more details.
if anyone can shed more light, i'd appreciate it. Regards.

Sorry for the miss-information i had. XKR-RS is not a Rocketsports Racing team effort, it is actually a Jaguar manufacturer performance line. The cat still has 40 HP over the normal XKR and some special tuning... I am trying to find out more.
Cheers
