Talking Hi from Norfolk.

Hi all,

Picked up a 1997 XJ Executive a couple of months ago from the dreaded eBay, always fancied one and when one came up locally I thought "No time like the present".

After a little bit (14 hours or so.. doh) of welding up a crap previous repair where they hadn't bother to cut the rot out first, and a couple of front suspension top bushes, I have a rather nice cruiser to waft about in.

Couple of little jobs to sort out, 1 of the Cats is rattling and the N/S/R leccy window doesn't work, but other than that we're good.

It does have one neat little trick though, when you turn the Aircon off, the central locking opens all the doors, not much of a problem, but a weird one none the less, anyone come across this?

Anyway, looking forward to a few months of luxury rattle free motoring before the next shiny object takes my attention.

Cheers

Maff
