Default Howdy from AZ

Howdy - I just ran across this forum in my searches regarding Lister-Jags and Lister-Corvettes. I have been a Jaguar fan for quite some time, especially the XKSS, C/D/E-types. Looks to be a very interesting forum from what I have seen so far and I look forward to spending some quality time here.

Cheers
Alan

Thanks for the welcome.

Looks like I forgot to include a few details about me.

I hail from Apache Junction, Arizona (USA) and currently own a Lister-Corvette replica made by Beck Motorsports. Although not much of the car is Jaguar related, it was my passion for the older C-type and D-type cars that ultimately led me to this car.

I did consider putting the Jag V12 in the car instead of the Small Block Chevy but after talking to Chuck Beck about it he outlined the modifications required and it was a bit more than I was willing to do at that point in time. He did however build a V12 Jag powered car later for his wife.

Welcome to JF, neighbor! I'm in Mesa.

Very interesting videos you posted! Thanks for that. The Lister Corvette sounds very interesting, can you post some pictures of it? The Jag V12 in the videos is really awesome. See you around!
