Welcome to the forum Siyamand Rashid,
As far as I know, the role is simply called 'Jaguar Vehicle Technician'. The level and specialities (models/systems) then depend on Jaguar training courses successfully completed.
Your first approach will almost certainly have to be to the official Iranian Jaguar Dealer:
Sardar Trading Agencies
Gulan Street Erbil
IQ
Telephone: 00964-7507104444
email: jaguar@sardargroup.com
As you probably already know, they have a branch in Sulamaniyah.
If you don't get help from them, post again and I'll see if I can get advice from Jaguar in the UK.

Thanks a lot Graham for your Clarification, in Iraq/Sulaymaniyah as far as i know they have one service center and I believe they don't have training for such level.
and as my experience, i have been in the UK and got a training on Widows Server 2012 the instructor was awesome and I really learned a lot so i believe that i will get the most power training in the UK for this too ...
by the way, i would like to mention that I working for 8 years as IT in computer and network field, and know I would like to try this field too and start my business ( i didn't work in vehicles field before ), that's why i would like to work as system technician. i would like to hear your recommendation too.
many thanks
