Default Jag cranks no start

1994 Jaguar XJS 4.0 convertible 2+2 right fuse panel#7 10 amp fuse for EMS main relay blows when cranking also EMS relay is suppose to be by a post right but can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bullhead!

Thanks. I am a newbee and any information on the EMS relay location would be helpful. Can you tell me how to navigate this site to find information? How do I locate that site that you mention? Thanks for your help.

Found ems relay-it is on right side A post - you have to remove plastic going into weather stripping at passenger door and under that two screws and one bolt at rear and pull up. Mounted on panel along with control module. In my case ems relay ok, still blowing 10amp fuse when turning ignition to #2 position.
