Good afternoon guys and girls!

Its great be here among all of you!

Bio:
Navy Chief ( Ret.) 22 yrs of service 14 yrs NAVAIR, 8 yrs recruiting
Maintenance Chief @ Cape Fear Regional Jetport in Southport (Safe Haven) NC
Nearly 40 yrs experience turning wrenches on everything from bikes and boats to heavy equipment and aircraft.
These cars keep me on my toes and have me consistently searching and learning.

My line up I have or had:
1985 XJ6 (Stolen)
1991 XJ6 VDP (Sold)
1994 XJS 2+2 4.0l
2001 XJ8 VDP
2002 S-Type 4.0 (Sold)

Welcome to the forums Chief. Hope you have a good time with us here.

I spent 6 years in the NAV. Ended as an AX2 running midnights in my shop. I heard there is no more AX rate . Guess that dates me pretty much.
Worked on the big jets for an airline 'til I retired recently.

Just joined myself, a couple months ago, when I bought my first foreign car (at least it's not a Toyota).

Just want to clarify that Northstar V8s found in Cadillacs and the LSX engines discussed here are not the same family of engine.
