Joining in from Seattle
Hello to all you Jag enthusiasts out there from Seattle.
Six years ago the economy forced the sale of my last 2000 XKR. That hurt. Times have changed. Just bought another 2000 XKR, same silver on black as the last one, and just as pretty. Amazing condition for a 15 yr old car, and only 33K miles. Nice find. Happy guy again... and get to make a nice road trip to bring her home.
Glad to find this forum and all of you worldwide, and look forward to participating however I can. The XKR attracts a special owner/driver who understands just how special these cars are, how well they perform, and what a gas they are to drive. As long as you are willing to pamper them and fuss over them - they return the favor. I just love 'em...
I also love pushing a '99 Goldwing through fast twisties (they are amazing bikes), and am a former private pilot and aircraft owner (way too expensive). I design interiors for high end homes, and built them for over 30 yrs. Love photography.
Photo is my first XKR, new one is a duplicate.
Thanks All,
