Actually already had a little trouble. Two days after buying it I had the "coolant low" warning go off and step billowing out from under the hood. Luckily just a few blocks from the dealer I had bought it from. They're fixing it now. Just blew a small hose right at the front of the manifold. Strangely the temp gauge never budged. It stayed dead center the whole stressfull 5 minute drive.

See nothing to worry about in that short amount of time and hoses go on everything at some point.
The smoke was no doubt the coolant hitting the block or manifold more likely.
No worries.
There is a thread/post on here somewhere about how the temp gauge is little more than a place holder and many members add another gauge to the nav screen or substitute something a little more useful.
Hang in there it is always takes a bit of time to figure out the quirks of great cars.
cheers,
jj
