Knocking sound from pcv valve on 05 xj8

Hello all, this is my 3rd jaguar and by far the most complicated! It has 100k miles on it and I recently had work done on it. I replaced all plugs, coils, resonator box and replaced valve cover gaskets and tube seals. 2 bolts were broke but got them fixed too! Previous it would have restricted performance every other day and rpm fluctuated on drive time, henceforth the repairs. I also cleaned mass airflow sensor. Car runs smooth, faster than ever but it knocks now from the pcv valve and crank case vent valve I believe. Any help is greatly appreciated! Also I've lived with the buzzing dash upon start for a while now lol. I retro fit a coil over on it too
