Thumbs up Mr Ray Payne

Hi all
Just new to this forum, so hope someone may be able to answer this simple question.
My 2003 X350 drivers mirror is permanently dimmed green colour, near side is normal and the internal mirror is turned off. Is the mirror knackered or is this an electronic issue with any sensor that may be fitted to the side mirror.???? Thanks

Welcome to the forum Ray,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Jaguar electronic issues are rarely simple.

The door mirrors are equipped with a reflecting surface light sensor to enable the darkening feature. Members in X350 forum will be able to advise where this is and how it works.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-x350-x358-28/ to the X350 forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
