Default my introduction

Hello!
My name is Elina and I just signed onto this forum and am enjoying the conversations amongst Jaguar owners!

My husband and I own a 2001 Jaguar XJ8. This beauty has been in the family for 10years, first was gifted to my mother-in-law as a wedding gift from her husband, now my husband and I own it! We have enjoyed many beautiful rides with the Jaguar.

We will most likely be selling/parting out the car on this website, we look forward to explaining more in detail, till then, happy holidays!

Elina S.

Hi Muddydog,

"This 'period' includes a preset number of days (3) that you must be active, and a minimum post count of ten (10)."

How did you get 10 within 3 day period ? I am only on 2, I posted two threads regarding my car.

Never mind, I answered my own question. Looks like when I reply it counts as a thread.
I as getting a little worried because I wasn't sure how to rack up 10 post counts so I can go ahead with the next step/process on this forum.

You don't have to start new threads, just post a few replys or hit "thanks" on some posts you find helpful (which also counts as a "post"--at least it used to). I don't know about the three days thing. Also thanks for asking the question. You'll find people here are really helpful overall. Ask away!

Welcome, Elina. I hope that, if you sell/part-out that Jag that you will get another one. I want to see more North Bay owners on the forum!

Welcome to the forum Elina,

READ MY PM (Private Message) BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY FURTHER POSTS.

I see there is no need for me to give you any links as you have already visited the X308 and US Western Region forums.

THANK YOU everyone for the warm welcome, I appreciate it!

to 150FHC: I, unfortunately, am not planning on purchasing another jaguar, it would be a mid-size SUV for a family. We just rescued our first dog, and planning on starting a family, so we need space for a baby and a dog - plus I am a clean freak, and I would be incredibly OCD if a new/newer jag had dog hair and baby stuff everywhere. I am already having a hard time keeping up with the short hair from our pup around the house, I have to dust, vacuum, wash floors weekly!!! ahhh!!
