New 1996 XJ6 owner here (and new to Jaguar)
Hello all, I've usually been a Mercedes owner, but after someone totaled mine out a couple of weeks ago, I thought I'd change it up a bit. I bought a 96 year model with 100,000 miles on it today.
It has a couple of issues, but nothing I can't work out. I'm looking forward to a good detail so I can post pics.
At any rate, I got great use out of the forums on Benzworld, and I can only assume y'all will be just as helpful. I assume I bought an x300?
Thanks!
Will

Welcome Will!
An X300 with a couple of issues? No surprise there. :-) These cars are growing aged, but are still "modern". This forum is great for all kinds of information and entertainment. Welcome to Jaguar ownership too, it's bound to be different than what you're used to. Have fun with it.

Thanks for the welcome!
Whew, finally got it detailed. The inside was nasty, but the guy did a great job. Other than a few things I need to get fixed, I'm loving the car. Around town gas mileage isn't as good as my e320 was, which is surprising, but what can ya do.
Anyway, here is the car:
