WOW....what a forum.. I just purchased a 2001 XK8 Convertible (first time Jag owner) and registered with this forum last week. My headrests would not work so I went to the forum for an answer. Not only did I get my answer, I also found video that addressed the issue. Everything was "spot on" and I solved the problem in about two hours. THANKS
