New DEW98 Guy From Ohio
Hi Everyone.
I own a boring 2005 Lincoln LS which is based off the same platform as the Jag S type and STR. Just felt like joining to see what the S type guys are doing over here and lend a hand in anyway I can with this platform.
I am the original member who was working with Stance-USA and got the first production set of the custom adjustable coilovers that will fit the S Type as well. To date I believe I am still the only one who has these fitted to a DEW98.
Some of the modifications. Mainly aesthetic. All show and not much go
LSE Front Grille, Bumper, Rear Surround
Umnitza Orion V2 Angel Eyes
6K Lows/Fogs
Full V-LED Conversion
Lamin-X Gunsmoked Tails
20% Tint windows
40% Windshield
BMW M-Style Lip Spoiler
Swift Motorsports Hideaway Plate Holder
K&N Typhoon Intake
Unleashed Tuning Tune
Magnaflow Exhaust
Stance-USA GR+ Coilovers
Range Rover HSE 19's w/ Motorsports Tech Adapters
V-LED Interior Conversion
Kenwood DNX9960 w/ Ipod Interface
RotorPros Zinc Coated Slotted/Drilled Rotors
RotorPros Ceramic Pads
StopTech SS Lines
~ Cheers

Hi and welcome to the Forum!!
Thats a sharp looking LS!! I love those angel eyes and the suspension you have on there really gives that Lincoln an agressive stance!
I wish they madea kit to do angel eyes on the S-Types but alas, there is not much out there in the way of aftermarket lighting for the Jag..
I have been struggling for months trying to figure out how replace the fogs with HIDs wth little to no luck. I dont want to cut up the housings, or destroy the bulb housing either. Have tried even LEDs, but they are too big to it in the housing opening...
Good to have you with us in Ohio!!

Thanks cbharley!
What part of ohio are you in?
I was going to post this in the S type subforum but I didn't see anyone else doing similar posts. Don't want to go against the social norms around here on my first day. I know on most forums people don't venture into these "Intro" subforums much.

Welcome! That is the nicest LS I have seen to date! I like the custom touches you added giving some extra class to an already classy looking vehicle! We had one a while back with a bad engine and some guy bought it to put an old 3.8 ford engine in it lol not sure if he ever had luck with that & I've seen one on the craigslist in my area with a 350 small block in it! None of them looked as nice as yours tho
