New Eastern US Member, Me & My 2001 Jaguar XJR!
Hey everybody.. first off let me start by introducing myself. My name's Charlie, I'm 18, I'm a new jaguar owner & a new car owner altogether. Sound like a recipe for catastrophe? As I write this introduction, I've had my Jaguar for 3 days, and I'm already kind of overwhelmed. I hear these cars are pretty solid so I'm hoping for the best, but right now it's not looking too good. Might have bought the car without knowing of a possible timing chain tensioner problem. Aside from that, I'm very excited to be apart of the Jaguar family and I'm hoping to meet some enthusiasts to learn from. I've attached some pictures of my 01 XJR for you guys to look at, nothing crazy just a nice british racing green/tan combo with some stock rims (which look great in my opinion)
Also, if there's anyone reading this from the DMV or nearby be sure to leave a reply!

Welcome to the forum Charlie,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
That looks like an Ivory interior - Jaguar Tan is darker and more yellow. The manufacturer's label on the door pillar will confirm the Paint and Trim codes.
I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the US Mid Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-mid-atlantic-65/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
