Talking New to Forum, not to British Cars

Hi everyone....
I have been doing research on classic Jags, as I plan on owning an XK 150 in the near future.....
I have owned 7 British cars over many years, including a Series 1 , XKE coupe.
(Which was my daily driver for 10 years)....
Recently, I restored 3 MG's, and am currently driving an "A" (my 4th MG)....
Other British cars , were an early AH Sprite, and a 100 series AH.....
Now I'm on the hunt, for a slightly used treasure....I want a driver, because I'm not interested in parking the car in my living room....
Reasonable amount of restoration doesn't scare me, but I also don't want a pile of rubble.
Looking forward to meeting you folks on this Forum. I'll be asking a lot of stupid questions.
Edward

Default Welcome to Jaguar Forums

Welcome Edward ... and greetings from fellow enthusiasts in Australia.

The XK 150S will be an interesting drive after the S1 E-Type. We owned and loved our 4.2L FHC for over 35 years and now miss more and more. You will find plenty of resources, advice and shared friendship here ... from the forum's main menu, jump over to the model specific XK section where there is plenty to read and absorb.

I also encourage you to visit the regional section shared by other members in your area ... local and regional events are second only to the advice from fellow members of recommended service providers in your area.

Finally, if you haven't done so, please add your car details to your signature as a permanent flag to enable other members to offer accurate advice ... from Main Menu, click <User CP> then <Edit Signature>.

All that remains is to dive into the forum ... and enjoy!

Best wishes,
Ken

Welcome to our world.

As for stupid questions, NO SUCH THING on here.

Better to ask, than do it twice, or thrice, mmmm.

I'm unable to find "MG's" in the "Garage" folder...Tried to add details, but could not....
I also attempted to edit my signature line, without much success.....
Will try to spend more time with the new forum, and eventually work out these minor bumps.
Thanks for the good wishes, and offer for help.
Edward
