Hi Guys and Gals.... I guess I am expected to give you all chapter and verse about who and what I am... But hell, I wouldn't want to bore you.. So..
I've had a passion for these cars for many years. I bought my my first Haynes Manual in my early teens, this was for the Jaguar E Type, I read it from cover to cover during a less than exciting 'holiday' with ancient relatives. My first Jaguar was a 2.8 XJ6 Series one that sadly died through the usual British rust problem. Since then, I was pleased to have a 4.2 FHC Series 1 1/2 E Type. Since those days, Lister and Ex Protheroe cars have dirtied my hands and I've enjoyed watching their proud owners push them to the limits on British and European circuits.
To the present day and I now enjoy the pleasure of owning and driving a 1994 XJ40 4.0L.
I'll look forward to asking questions and hopefully answering some of yours.. :-)
