New frenchy member
Hello to all,
Will you accept on this forum an inhabitant of the old world ?
I dare to hope so, and in the meantime I would like to introduce myself to you. First of all I apologize if I make some mistakes in English.
My name is Eric, I'm French (I know it's a bad start), I live in the south of France, where the weather is nice, and I own a 2007 Jaguar XKR.
I bought this car in 2017, it was not a new car but its history was clear.I did a lot of work on the engine, including redoing all the engine distribution mechanism, water pump, engine sealing.... everything has been checked.
It's a very good car, the quality of the leather is just extraordinary, it has a patina of age.
I will try to attach to this post some pictures.
I come on this forum because in France we are not numerous to own a Jaguar XKR and I am very interested in the experiments you share, the advices you exchange and the sincerity of the messages.
I am ready to help everyone, beyond the only Jaguar subject.
I hope I didn't make too many English mistakes in this post.
Good day to all, best regards, Eric

Thank you very much for your welcome message Graham, I hope to learn and contribute a lot for the other members.
in fact I don't have many problems with this vehicle anymore, the last one was on a water drain pipe of the air conditioning ... specific problem XKR 2007/2008!
I did read the "special new member" post.
Have a nice evening
